Clinical Support Operations Manager
Provides technical and analytical support for Population Health and clinical support programs, including designing quantitative approaches, research, data collection, and tracking project tasks. Collaborates with department leadership in the development of new/revised workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Oversees and implements systems used to monitor and evaluate performance improvement initiatives, quality, and regulatory activities for Population Health and clinical support programs. Works under general supervision. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent work experience required. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Experience: Minimum of five years progressive operations experience in health care, managed care, or related field and a minimum of two years of experience in Information Systems or Systems Applications, required. Experience in Process Improvement within a HealthCare environment required. Prior experience with databases and data management required. Conversant in data interpretation and presentation required. Proficient with personal computers, including Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Ability to perform statistical/quantitative analyses programs required.
