Partners with CMO, Population Health and Education leadership to oversee, facilitate and support operations improvement initiatives, workflow compliance, and special projects.
Develops tracking tools to meet operational,
financial, and clinical integrity goals. Develops and tracks metrics to ensure quality, and compliance.
Collaborates with leadership on developing and monitoring short and long term strategic objectives, targets, and goals for the CMO, Population Health, and Education. Coordinates the development and production of reports and metrics to track status of strategies. Keeps leadership abreast of status and makes recommendations for changes/improvements as appropriate
Acts as a liaison to and maintains relationships with VNSNY departments as it relates to the efficiency of the programs
Assesses current operations processes and identifies areas of potential improvement; prepares and presents recommendations for improvement
Monitors results against performance targets and meets with senior leadership to review findings and provide recommendations for improvement. Works with senior leadership and their project teams to develop corrective action and plans for implementation, if necessary
Serves on work groups as assigned to design, implement and troubleshoot new systems
Ensures compliance with set metrics for all workflows, including patient/member assignment, regulatory, and financial.
Utilizes dashboards and analyzing tools to identify areas of improvement and works with leadership to develop action plans
